KBL has merited a series of awards and recognitions from CII and other renowned authorities. KBL has received the distinguished "National Award for Excellence in Energy Management" for "Excellent Energy Efficient Unit" by CII for two consecutive years, 2009 and 2010. KBL has also been honored with "National Award for Excellence in Energy Management" for "Innovative Project" by CII in 2009. KBL's environmental commitments were acknowledged by the Greentech Foundation, Delhi, through Silver Award in Engineering Sector for outstanding performance in 'Environment Management' in 2009.
